The Watcher's Booklet: a whole world to share

At Hynaka, we don't just play a story. We create a moment to share.

Our audio stories, inspired by the cultures of the Maghreb and the Middle East, invite children aged 3 to 8 to discover new worlds, nurture their imagination and open up to other stories and cultures. But for us, the experience doesn't end when the story does.

And many families want to make it last:

93.5% of respondents would like to extend the moment of listening to an audio story with their child.1

That need echoes our approach, and it is what led us to create the Watcher's Booklet.

A companion to every episode, it was designed to help parents, grandparents and other loved ones bring the story to life in a new way, long after the last seconds of listening.

With questions to talk about the story, conversation ideas, activities and tips to help children drift off to sleep, each booklet offers simple ways to keep exploring. Coming back to a character, sharing a feeling, discovering a cultural detail, calling on your own memories or making up what happens next: so many chances to extend the child's imagination and encourage them to express what they heard, understood or imagined.

The Watcher's Booklet thus bridges the audio story and the moment shared as a family. It invites adults to take over from the listening, to pass on their own stories and memories, and to let imaginations travel between generations.

Because a story can live on long after listening, we want to build bridges between generations, one question, one discovery or one memory at a time.

The Watcher's Booklet is another way to bring our stories to life: nurturing children's imagination, discovering the cultures that inspire them and turning listening into a true parent-child moment.
