Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between HYNAKA (hereafter “the Seller”) and any person making a purchase on the hynaka.com website (hereafter “the Customer”).

Article 2 - Products and services

The Seller offers the following products and services:

  • Personalised songs (digital MP3 files)
  • Nursery rhymes and songs (digital MP3 files)
  • Printable escape games (digital PDF files)
  • Printable colouring pages (digital PDF files, free)

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 - Orders

The Customer selects the products they wish to buy and confirms their order after having read these terms. Confirming the order implies acceptance of these terms.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by bank card through the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately on ordering.

Article 6 - Delivery

For personalised songs:

  • Standard delivery: within 5 working days

Digital products are delivered by email and/or downloadable from the customer account on the site.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's agreement.

However, if you are not happy with your personalised song, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will find a solution.

Article 8 - Intellectual property

The songs and content purchased are intended for personal and family use. Any reproduction, public broadcast or commercial exploitation is prohibited without the Seller's prior written authorisation.

Article 9 - Personal data

The data collected is used solely to process orders and manage the customer relationship. See our privacy policy for more information.
